Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry yeast
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast over water and stir until dissolved.
    Stir in 1 1/2 cups flour, sugar and salt.
    Add egg and 1 tablespoon oil. Stir until smooth and glossy.
    Stir in 2 cups flour.
    On lightly floured board, knead until smooth and elastic (about 10 minutes). Place in greased bowl and let rise for about 1 hour.
    Punch down and divide in half.
    Makes dough for 2 pizzas.
