Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cooked and drained or 1 bunch fresh, cooked and drained
    2 whole chicken breasts, cooked and picked
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can evaporated milk
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    salt and pepper
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Minute rice, uncooked
Preparation
    Use 9 x 13-inch pan, put rice on bottom.
    Mix soup, milk, mayonnaise, salt and pepper in a bowl.
    Pour 1/2 soup mixture over rice and stir.
    Place chicken on rice, then broccoli.
    Pour remaining soup on.
    Add cheese.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
