Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head green cabbage, diced
    1 onion
    1 glove garlic, diced
    1 tsp. red pepper
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    4 carrots, peeled and cut into slices
Preparation
    In a large stockpot, brown and drain the hamburg, onion and garlic.
    Add the can of diced tomatoes and about 4 cups water.
    Add beef bouillon to taste, along with the pepper.
    Salt to taste.
    To the broth, add the cabbage and carrots.
    Simmer until the vegetables are cooked.
