Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3 boxes instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Crush cookies with rolling pin.
Spread half of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pat slightly.
Mix milk and pudding; let set up. Then mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
Fold mixture, Cool Whip and pudding together.
Pour over crumbs.
Top with remaining half of cookie crumbs.
Refrigerate.
