Hominy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 can hominy, drained
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1-2 jalapeno peppers
shredded cheese

Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients, top with cheese.
Bake until cheese is melted.
