Georgia Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh or frozen peaches, sliced
2 c. sugar
1/2 stick Parkay
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix 1 cup of the sugar with peaches.
Melt the oleo in glass baking dish in microwave.
Mix together remaining sugar, flour and milk.
Pour this into center of dish containing oleo.
Do not stir.
Next, pour in the sliced peaches.
Put generous amount of sugar on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
