Marzetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 large onion, chopped
    2/3 c. green pepper, chopped
    2 (8 oz.) cans drained sliced mushrooms
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    2 cans tomato soup
    1 can tomato paste
    2/3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    8 oz. broad noodles
    1/2 lb. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in shortening.
    Add onion, green pepper, mushrooms and seasonings.
    Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
    Combine tomato soup, tomato paste and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook broad noodles in boiling water until almost tender; drain.
