Prune Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. liquid oil
    1 (7 oz.) jar junior size prunes (baby food)
    2 1/2 c. plus 1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. soda in 1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix alternately the dry ingredients with liquids.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Makes 2 large or 3 small loaves.
