Low-Fat Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 c. low-fat soft margarine spread
3/4 c. applesauce
8 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Add low-fat spread and applesauce. In another bowl, beat egg whites until stiff.
Fold egg whites into batter.
Add vanilla.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes in preheated 350\u00b0 oven in pan sprayed with pam.
