Lemon-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 medium size carrot, grated
1 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine gelatin with boiling water.
Drain pineapple, measure juice and add water to make 1 cup; then add to gelatin.
Chill until partially set.
Soften cream cheese and add mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Add to gelatin and stir well.
Add other ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill until firm.
Yields 10 to 12 servings.
