1 Tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. sugar snap peas
1/2 c. each: julienned red, green and yellow peppers
2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
freshly ground pepper and salt
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add veggies and saute for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with soy sauce and lemon juice. Add pepper and salt to taste.
