Ladies Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage, quartered, cored and outer leaves removed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. light cream
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Starting with pointed end of cabbage quarters, cut into 1/2-inch slices.
    Cook until tender with 1/2 teaspoon of salt; drain well.
    Add margarine.
    Combine cream, cornstarch, sugar, salt and pepper in a small saucepan.
    Bring just to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Pour over hot cabbage and serve hot.
