Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1/2 c. apple jelly
Preparation
    Trim fat from pork chops; place in casserole dish.
    Mix sauce, ketchup and jelly; pour over chops.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
    Serves 2 to 4.
