Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. egg whites, room temperature
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. sifted cake flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation
    Sift flour and 3/4 cup sugar.
    Beat egg whites and salt until frothy.
    Add cream of tartar and flavoring.
    Beat until stiff. Add 1 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Fold in flour mixture. Bake in tube pan.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 375\u00b0.
