Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. grits
    4 1/2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. margarine
    garlic powder to taste
    1/4 c. American cheese, grated
Preparation
    Cook grits until done, but not thick.
    Add Velveeta cheese, stir eggs into milk.
    Add to grits with margarine and garlic powder.
    Cook until thick, stir constantly.
    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole, top with grated American cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Let cook 10 to 15 minutes before serving. Serves 8 to 10 people.
