Meringue Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
    2/3 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until frothy.
    Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff and glossy.
    Put brown paper on a baking sheet.
    Shape shells with a hollow in middle.
    Bake 60 minutes at 275\u00b0.
