Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 lb. caraway seed
1 1/2 c. buttermilk
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 small sour cream
Preparation

Mix all dry ingredients, then add eggs, buttermilk, butter and sour cream.
Preheat oven at 375\u00b0 and bake 25 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
While still hot, butter top.
