Meatball Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 tsp. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. catsup
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine meat, oats, milk, onion, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into small meatballs. Place into a 2-quart casserole. Combine catsup, vinegar, water and sugar. Pour mixture over top of meatballs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
