Impossible Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1-1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. buttermilk
1/3 c. margarine, melted
3 eggs

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Grease pie plate. Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour into dish and bake 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and serve with fresh fruit if desired.
