Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and put into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, longer if hash browns are frozen.
