Chicken Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large fryer
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick margarine
    1 medium onion
    1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust mix
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil and debone chicken, reserving some of the stock.
    Melt margarine and add flour (do not brown).
    Add chicken broth to flour mixture until thickness desired.
    Add chicken.
    Place 1 crust in pie plate and fill with chicken mixture.
    Cover with second crust and slit top.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 until crust is brown.
