Chinese Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3 green onions
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. flour
    2 c. carrots
    1/2 c. sweet and sour sauce
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Coat chops with flour.
    Brown in hot oil. Top meat with carrots and onions.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
    Cover and cook over low heat, 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4.
