Microwave Nut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. roasted nuts (peanuts, pecans, cashews, almonds)
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine syrup and sugar in 1 1/2-quart round, glass dish. Stir until well blended.
    Cook on High for 4 minutes.
    Stir in nuts.
    Cook on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown. Stir in butter and vanilla.
    Cook on High 1 to 2 minutes.
    Quickly pour onto lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Cool.
    Break into pieces.
