Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Cups Sugar
    2 Cups Flour
    2 Tsp. Baking Soda
    2 Tsp. Baking Powder
    1/2 Cup Pecans, grated
    2 Tsp. Cinnamon
    Dash Salt
    1 1/2 Cups Corn Oil
    8 Cups Carrots, grated
    4 Eggs
Preparation
    Sift flour, soda, powder, salt and cinnamon.
    In a separate bowl, mix sugar and oil.
    Beat the carrots into the sugar and oil mixture and beat in one egg at a time.
    Add the dry ingredients and pecans to sugar mixture; beat well.
    Pour into a well greased 9x13 pan.
