Deluxe Chocolate Pecan Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 (24 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
In large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Gradually blend in flour mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
Drop well rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen (2-inch) cookies.
