Italian Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. sugar
    5 egg yolks
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can Angel Flake coconut
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    5 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
    Cream margarine and Crisco; add sugar and beat well until mixture is smooth. Add egg yolks and beat. Combine flour and soda and add to creamed mixture with buttermilk. Stir in vanilla. Add coconut and nuts. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into two 9-inch cake pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
