Broccoli Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. cottage cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter

Preparation

Thaw broccoli.
Beat eggs.
Melt butter in 9 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch casserole dish. Mix other ingredients together and pour in dish. Bake 45 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
