60 Minute Pan Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 3/4 to 5 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    2 pkg. RapidRise yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine 3 cups flour, sugar, undissolved yeast and salt.
    Heat milk, water and butter until very warm (125\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Stir into dry ingredients.
    Mix in egg and enough remaining flour to make a soft dough.
    Knead on floured surface until smooth, about 8 minutes.
    Cover; let rest 10 minutes.
