Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 box Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
    1 egg
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick margarine (room temperature)
    1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix all together, except cheese.
    Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until firm in the middle.
    Sprinkle cheese and bake 5 to 10 minutes more.
