Scrambled Tofu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. water
2 c. mashed tofu
3 Tbsp. CHICKEN-STYLE SEASONING
1/2 tsp. onion powder
2 tsp. yeast flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
-
Rinse tofu
in cold water;
drain and mash with a fork. In a skillet,
saute
onion in a little water until soft.
Add remaining ingredients
and
stir
together well on medium heat five to ten minutes.
Yields 4 servings (2 1/4 cups).
