Ingredients

1 loaf French baguette
4 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
4 oz. sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
8 large basil leaves, chopped fine
8 green pitted olives (optional)
Preparation

Slice bread into 16 slices.
Brush each slice with a mixture of oil and Parmesan cheese.
Slice sun-dried tomatoes and place on top.
Add Mozzarella cheese, basil and green olives.
Place slices on ungreased cookie sheet and bake about 15 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
