Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flaked, cooked or canned salmon
    1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    salt, pepper and Worcestershire to taste
    chopped onion, green pepper or celery, if convenient
Preparation
    Mix together and put in a buttered baking dish.
    Set in pan of hot water, 1-inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until firm (about 30 minutes).
    Serve hot with Mustard Sauce or cold with Cucumber Sauce.
    Serves 6.
