Tomato-Peanut Butter Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small grated onion
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    28 oz. crushed tomatoes
    49 oz. ready-to-serve chicken broth
    creamy peanut butter to taste (about 3 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Braise onion in olive oil.
    Puree tomatoes in blender and add chicken broth.
    Add creamy peanut butter to taste.
    Simmer 30 minutes; serve with toasted dill garlic bread.
