Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. peanuts (raw)
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. light Karo syrup
    1 sq. inch paraffin
    pinch of baking soda
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook over medium heat until peanuts begin to crack open, then add baking soda and stir in well and fast. Remove from heat and pour on aluminum foil. Cool and break in pieces.
