Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. lean spareribs
garlic, salt and pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 tsp. celery seed
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cut ribs in serving pieces; sprinkle generously with garlic salt on both sides.
Place single layer on baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs and bake in 325\u00b0 oven 2 1/2 hours.
Turn ribs over every half hour and baste with sauce.
