Ricotta Cheese Cake(Sugar-Free And Crustless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese (part skim)
    1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple in own juice, drained very well (save juice)
    1/2 c. pineapple juice
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 large egg
    1 envelope unflavored Knox gelatine
    3 pkg. artificial sweetener (Equal, etc.)
Preparation
    Pam spray 9-inch glass pie plate.
    Sprinkle Knox gelatine over the 1/2 cup pineapple juice to soften.
    Combine all ingredients in blender, then blend until almost smooth.
    Pour into pie pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    It is done when sides are lightly browned and center almost firm.
    Chill before serving. Can garnish with cinnamon if desired.
