Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs or egg substitute, beaten
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped meat, seafood, poultry and/or vegetables
    1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    pie crust shell
Preparation
    Beat together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
    Toss together meat, cheese and flour.
    Add to egg mixture and pour into crust.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool for 10 minutes.
