Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail (undrained)
Preparation

Place all ingredients into mixing bowl; combine thoroughly. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle the topping ingredients.
