Moo Goo Gai Pan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole boned chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 can chow mein vegetables
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. pimiento
    1/4 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Slice chicken 1/4 thick and
    cut into 1 inch pieces.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce, white pepper and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    Mix together chicken broth, 2 tablespoons soy sauce and 2 tablespoons cornstarch and set aside.
