Cheese Blintzs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 loaves thin sliced sandwich bread
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
cinnamon and sugar mixture
Preparation

Trim crust from bread.
Roll flat with rolling pin lightly. Beat together cream cheese, egg and sugar.
Spread on bread and roll up.
Roll in melted butter, then roll in sugar and cinnamon mix.
Slice into 2 to 4 slices as desired and freeze on a cookie sheet.
They can then be placed in a Ziploc bag.
Bake as needed at 400\u00b0 until done, 10 to 15 minutes.
