Webb'S "Best Fish Ever" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fresh water fillets
    2 eggs
    1/4 to 1/2 c. skimmed evaporated milk
    saltine cracker crumbs
    4 Tbsp. oil
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    If fish is not to be cooked immediately, soak in any kind of milk in the refrigerator until cooking time.
