Chocolate Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) chocolate chips
    9 oz. strong coffee
    2 1/2 c. sweet butter
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    9 eggs
Preparation
    Heat 1st
    4 ingredients in heavy large saucepan to 130\u00b0 (using meat
    thermometer),
    stirring
    as it heats.
    Whisk in 9 eggs, one at
    a
    time.
    Pour
    into an 11-inch spring-form pan (buttered, lined with
    foil and buttered again).
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 hours. Cool
    and refrigerate.
    Make at least 8 hours or one full day before serving.
