Ham Roll-Ups - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. pkg. sandwich ham (very thin)
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of garlic salt or to taste
Preparation

Soften cream cheese.
Add the onion, Worcestershire sauce and salt to taste.
Spread on slices of ham.
Roll up (secure with toothpick) and chill.
Slice into small pinwheels.
May be served alone or on a cracker.
Easy and pretty.
(Note:
Dried beef may also be used.)
