Plum Kuchen(Coo-Gan) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    15 to 20 Italian plums
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except plums together; press into a 9-inch tart pan.
    Pit plums and cut into quarters.
    Arrange in pastry shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve with whipped cream.
