Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken breast for each person served
mayonnaise
chopped sweet pickles
poppy seed
sliced almonds
sliced green grapes
Preparation

Cook chicken by boiling in water until tender.
Mix together cooked chicken (chopped or bite size), mayonnaise and sweet pickles; chill.
Just before serving, mix in almonds and grapes and top with poppy seed.
Serve on lettuce or with crescent rolls.
