Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 green pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 large onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook carrots (sliced diagonally) until barely done.
Slice onion and separate into rings.
Slice green pepper in slivers. Make sauce with remaining ingredients.
Pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
