Ingredients

2 lb. pecan halves
3 egg whites, beaten stiff
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Line a cookie
sheet
with foil. Fold the Worcestershire into the egg whites.
Fold
in pecans. Spread the pecans on the cookie sheet.
Combine
garlic
salt, salt
and cayenne and place in a shaker.
Sprinkle evenly over the pecans. Bake for 20 minutes, or until crunchy.
