Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. canned mushrooms, drained and minced
1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 2/3 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt butter over low heat.
Blend in flour, add bouillon and mix well.
Cook until thick.
Stir in mushrooms, Worcestershire and sour cream.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot.
