Chicken Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 stalk celery, diced
    1/2 bay leaf
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tart apple
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. mace
    1 1/4 tsp. or more curry
    2 1/2 c. chicken broth
    sprig of parsley
    3 c. cubed, boned, raw chicken
    1/4 lb. raw ham, chopped
Preparation
    In a large pot, heat butter; add the onion, garlic, celery, bay leaf, parsley, mustard, apple and ham.
    Cook eight minutes, stirring occasionally.
