Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 pork chops
    3 stalks celery, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown chops in a small amount of fat. Then arrange in a large baking dish. Combine the chopped celery, green pepper, onions and tomato sauce in a saucepan and heat to boiling. Pour over the chops and then bake in a covered dish until tender at 350\u00b0, which is about an hour.
